Healthy Respect in partnership with LAYC: Relationships, sexual health and parenthood education (Primary Age)
This interactive session will cover:
- The language we use to talk about bodies and relationships
- Puberty, consent, and online safety
- The Scottish resource – https://rshp.scot/
- How to respond with confidence and support key messages for children

This training will take place at LAYC, Dunford House, 7 Boroughloch, Edinburgh EH8 9NL. This training is free to Healthy Respect Network and LAYC members.

Content: Exploring particular topics such as language, consent, sex and relationships and dealing with frequently asked questions from children and parents & carers.
Learning outcomes:
- Increase in participants knowledge of benefits of RSHP education
- Increase in knowledge and confidence in delivering RSHP in a range of settings
- Increased understanding of how to create a safe and effective learning environment for this topic as it is mapped across the P1-P7 Health and wellbeing curriculum.
