Healthy Respect’s PTKs
Are for young people ages 13+ and those 19-25 with additional vulnerabilities who may need enhanced support to access services.
- They must be completed and sent to lab with the support of a worker.
- Please remember to record the PTK reference number on Healthy Respect service recording tick sheet.
- Record date of test, PTK reference number and note to follow up within your own organisation, in accordance with your confidentialiy policy.
- Completed tests can be returned in 2 ways
- 1. Pre-labelled bags via NHS lab couriers and vans at any Medical Practice/Health Centre. (This is the preferred option)
- 2. Through Royal Mail in pre-paid postage cardboard boxes if working out of office hours
